2. Copyright: All Veit Christoph GmbH software is protected by copyright. Duplication is only permitted for personal use and solely for backup and archiving purposes. All copyrights are in the possession
of the licenser. Reverse engineering, decompiling and disassembly of the software is not permitted. The transfer of the software to a third party is prohibited. If there is an infringement of this condition then the licensee will honor a contract
penalty equal to 20x the program price according to the current pricelist. The license is purchased without time limitation and is non-transferable. The software remains the property of the licenser until such time as the full payment of the license fee is paid.

3. Guarantee / liabilities: The warranty period is six months. All software is carefully checked. However, the licenser accepts no liabilities, be they explicit or implicit, for damage or consequential damage which results from the use of the program. In so far as a liability according to civil law is feasible, this is limited to the basic program price.

4. Payment: The license payment is due 14 days after receipt of the software. All prices are net and do not include purchase tax (VAT). The right to use the program is rescinded, if the licensee defaults on the payment.

5. Service: The hotline is free of charge for one year after purchase of the software. After this year the hotline continues to be free of charge if the licensee has purchased the current update. One update is produced per year.
